How to make a return
To submit your return request please click the "make a return" link on our website and follow the easy and convenient return instructions . Please note shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping of a returned item is the responsibility of the consumer.
Approved items will be given store credit or exchange only, no cash or credit card refunds. The timeframe for returns and exchanges is 7 calendar days from the date you received your item(s). You will be issued a store credit which will not expire.
What items are allowed to be returned
Clothing that shows no signs of wear, stains, or washing will be accepted for exchange or store credit. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging with tags still in place. Shoes will be accepted for exchange or store credit with no signs of wear, scuff marks, tape and/or scratches on the shoes. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.
When will I receive store credit
Once your returned item(s) is received by our store, you will be notified via email the return item has been received. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection of the return item(s) and store credit for exchange value.
Items excluded from return and exchange Bodysuits, Caps/Hats, Jewelry, Accessories, Sunglasses, Worn items, Damaged items, and Shipping fees.
Shoes are subject to inspection and must show zero signs of wear. We caution you to try shoes on while on carpet. Any signs of scratch or scuff marks on the sole of the shoe will disallow shoes from being exchanged.

Luxe Clothing Boutique is not liable for items sent to any other address nor are we liable to carrier misplaced or lost packages while in transit.
Shipping fees are not refundable. And customer is liable for the shipping fee of the returned item plus any new additional items to be shipped.
