Return Policy


How to make a return 

To submit your return request please click the "make a return link on our website  and follow the easy and convenient return instructions . Please note shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping of a returned item is the responsibility of the consumer. Approved items will be approved for store credit or exchange only, no cash or credit refunds. The timeframe for returns and exchanges is 10 days from the date you received your item(s). You will be issued a store credit which will not expire. 


What items are allowed to be returned                                                  

Clothing that shows no signs of wear, stains, or washing  will be accepted for exchange or store credit. Item(s) must be returned  in original packaging with tags still in place. Shoes will be accepted for exchange or store credit with no signs of wear, scuff marks, tape and/or scratches on the shoes.  Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.


When will I receive store credit    


Once your returned item(s) is received by our store, you will be notified via email the return item has been received for processing. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection of the return item(s) and store credit for exchange value.
