Build a Boutique presents The Boutique Buying Experience with Shontell Patrice at Los Angeles Fashion District.

This hands-on experience is designed to help you source and buy inventory strategically for your boutique—not simply walk the market. Shontell will help you apply the buying process in real time as you evaluate vendors, merchandise, quantities, budget and profit potential.

YOUR BUYING EXPERIENCE FEE

Market entry is complimentary for qualified registered buyers where offered by the market. Your Buying Experience fee is not an admission fee. The $297 fee covers Shontell Patrice’s professional time, preparation, boutique-buying experience, teaching, strategy and hands-on expert guidance before and during the experience.

BUYER REGISTRATION & BUSINESS CREDENTIALS

Participants are responsible for completing the market’s required buyer registration and meeting its current credential requirements. Because these are wholesale buying experiences, participants should have the appropriate business and resale/sales-tax credentials required to purchase wholesale and have their documentation available during the market. Requirements may vary by location, and additional registration instructions will be provided before the experience.

MARKET ACCESS

There is no separate admission fee charged by Build a Boutique for access to the Los Angeles Fashion District. Individual wholesale vendors may have their own purchasing or business credential requirements.

EXPERIENCE SCHEDULE

Please plan to reserve the majority of your selected day for this hands-on experience. Exact meeting time, meeting location, day-of itinerary, what to bring and additional details will be provided to registered participants.

TRAVEL DESTINATION CONFIRMATION

A minimum of 6 total paid participants across all available dates for this destination is required for this Buying Experience trip to be confirmed. The 6 participants do not have to attend on the same day. For example, three participants may select one available date and three may select another.

As soon as the minimum enrollment is reached, all registered participants will be notified by email that the Buying Experience is officially confirmed. A final confirmation deadline for the destination will also be communicated so participants can plan travel accordingly.

If the minimum enrollment is not reached by the stated confirmation deadline, registered participants may transfer their registration to another available Buying Experience or receive a full refund.

Participants may make travel arrangements before official confirmation at their discretion; however, refundable or changeable travel arrangements are recommended until the Buying Experience has been officially confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE

Airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, merchandise purchases and other personal expenses are not included in the Buying Experience fee.
